About Us
No 23 is located in West London and just 5 minutes’ walk from West Kensington Tube Station. It offers en suite rooms.
Accessed by stairs only, each modern room at No 23 has a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer and towels. The rooms also benefit from an en suite shower room.
Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centre is a 5-minute walk from the property. Hammersmith Apollo, The Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park are within a 30-minute stroll from guesthouse. Portabello Road Market
Portobello Road Market dates back to the 19th Century and is one of London's oldest markets. It was made famous worldwide by the 1999 film Notting Hill starring Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant.

Regent's Park
Regent's Park is the largest grass area for sports in Central London and is one of several Royal Parks.
